Serving the immigration needs of global business and families

Dornbaum & Peregoy is one of the premier U.S. boutique law firms whose practice is limited to immigration and nationality matters, with special emphasis on employment and family based immigration matters.

As the coronavirus situation continues to evolve, Dornbaum & Peregoy is committed to the health and safety of our employees and their families as well as delivering the same level of excellent service our clients now receive.

Service Continuity Plan

We maintain a service continuity plan designed to minimize significant business interruptions and facilitate uninterrupted service. We are actively following the latest reports and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO) to help us develop our policies. We have also updated our Service Continuity Plan and are ready to fully implement any work-from-home mandate if needed or modify that plan to another alternative as required.

Precautionary actions include ongoing briefing on health recommendations and safety measures; banning non-essential travel; amplified cleaning and sanitization; and enabling remote work options to encourage self-quarantine and social distancing.

Ability to Continue Working Remotely

Dornbaum & Peregoy has invested in a cloud-based immigration management platform. Our secure cloud-based server allows us the same immigration processing abilities at home as in the workplace. In addition, every Dornbaum & Peregoy professional has access to telephonic and video conferencing tools to enable close collaborations in a remote environment.

Dornbaum & Peregoy’s Commitment to Excellence in Service without Interruption

Dornbaum & Peregoy is committed to providing uninterrupted client service during this difficult time. Employers, employees, and business partners affected by immigration issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic should immediately seek support and guidance from their Dornbaum & Peregoy contact. Our commitment and ability to provide the same level of high touch, personized, 24/7 services remain the same.

During this very fluid period of uncertainty, because it is always possible that the Government may require us to close the office on short notice; there may be a brief period where you are unable to reach us by telephone during regular business hours. If that occurs, please send an email with cc to Neil Dornbaum (dormbaum@immigrationlawyersnj.com) and Kathleen Peregoy (peregoy@immigrationlawyersnj.com) so that we can be sure to respond to you.

We appreciate your understanding as we navigate this unprecedented situation, and hope that you, your family, colleagues and friends will take care and stay safe.

Please do not hesitate to contact us directly for any further questions.
